I cannot recommend Nick or Cane enough (or their crew) enough!! Several weeks ago, my in-laws started out on a landscaping journey that quickly escalated into a yard-nightmare. The original contractor came in and completely revamped nearly all of the yard. Backhoes, cement trucks, masonry, and more were all being done at the same time. As the original contractor was rounding the corner toward the end of the project, he explained to my father-in-law that they were just there for hardscaping and that the yard itself was not part of their responsibility; and by yard I mean giant mud pits. You see, the heavy machinery and the excavation completely wiped out any form of grass that used to be there. The situation became so tumultuous that the family got to spend a night in the hospital following some stress induced heart "episodes" that my father-in-law had. So, the rest of the family decided to find someone else to step in and do what the original contractor was not going to, and after a quick Google search (as I am sure some of you reading this have done) we found Green Ventures Landscaping. I was beyond surprised when I called, and Nick (the owner) answered. He listened to everything that was going on, and then quickly scheduled a time to walk the property and assess the situation. Long story short, Nick, Cane, and the crew, absolutely saved the day!! they were in just a couple of days after the first contractor cleared out (the days were more a result of the weather and not GVL). They completed nearly everything in 2 days (including grading some areas for better drainage). The crew were extremely polite and respected my in-laws and their property. Now for the best part of all, besides the fact that everyone in the family is over the moon with the new sod work, but the original contractor refunded more than enough money since we were able to use GVL to obtain the new topsoil and finish up the grading, that it completely covered the cost of using GVL.... That's right, Green Ventures Landscaping provided better and faster service AND saved us money! You cannot go wrong with these guys, they are great upstanding people who value business relationships, faith, and family. Not only will I continue to reach out to them in the future for ALL of our landscaping needs, but I can assure you that our entire family will as well. Green Ventures removed a truckload of debris, put in a sprinkler system, leveled the yard, put in good topsoil and then sodded.
